TYPICAL DISHES 

In the Oriente can taste all the delicious food. For some it may be rare guanta try a dry or a bug. But how to reject, without a try.



                                             GUANTA RICE                                            
 INGREDIENTS: 
2 kl meat guanta 
1 liter vinegar banana 
1 onion finely chopped paiteña 
2 white onions chopped 
2 tablespoons pepper 
1 pepper 
crushed garlic 
Cd 1 chopped cilantro 
4 cds chillangua chopped 
Peanut 2 cds 
salt and pepper to taste

                                                          PREPARATION: 

First put the meat in a bowl, add the vinegar, cover well and let stand for 2 hours 
Then do a rehash part in the oil, with all the finely chopped ingredients and dressings for 15-20 minutes 
Next  incorporate the meat with the marinade, let it all mix well and cook over low heat until smooth. 
Finally we serve with rice and fried                                                             plantains.



SOUP CARACHAMA 

INGREDIENTS 


A kilo of carachama 
Two liters of water, 
Six-sacha cilantro leaves 
A sweet pepper 
One tablespoon of ground garlic 
Salt to taste 

                                    PREPARATION 



First wash the carachamas.
Then cut them in half and boil for half an hour, along with the minced garlic.
Next add the sweet pepper into strips and cilantro sacha. 
Optionally you can add one beaten egg to lose. 

Finally it is served with boiled green bananas or cassava and of course with your chili charapita with Cocona.
